We begin in Kings Park which occupies approximately 400 hectares of Mount Eliza and overlooks the city of Perth and the Swan River. The Park has much to offer with its sweeping parklands, Botanic Garden, wildflowers (which are spectacular, especially in spring), and native bushland (two-thirds of the park). The magnificently sited State War Memorial is also one of several scenic vantage points. Here meet your private Aboriginal guide to discover significant cultural sites, hear traditional stories, view artefacts, and learn about medicinal plants and bush foods, more commonly known as “bush tucker”.
Enjoy morning tea before making your way out of the city, stopping at one of Perth’s best kept secrets, Cottesloe Beach. Cottesloe is one of Perth’s most popular beaches and attracts people looking to cool off from the hot summer heat. Its crystal-clear waters, regular swell and fun atmosphere make it popular with swimmers, body boarders and surfers alike. Enjoy lunch here, overlooking the Indian Ocean.
Travel to the coast and arrive at Fremantle, a town which oozes heritage and cosmopolitan culture. Every day of the week, the streets are abuzz with shoppers and al fresco diners, while pubs brim over with patrons from across the globe. Best known for its docks, marinas, and charming heritage sandstone buildings we head to Victoria Quay to visit the Western Australian Maritime Museum. Designed to depict a boat stranded on a sandy Island, the museum houses famous sailing vessels along with hands on exhibit bringing sea-faring heritage to life.
Begin your journey back to Perth, but not before immersing yourself in the charm of the historic West End. Explore notable landmarks such as the Roundhouse, Whalers Tunnel, and Bathers Beach. Take a moment to savour a drink at a local brewhouse or distillery, soaking in the unique flavors of the region. Make one last stop at Kings Park to admire the breathtaking panorama of Perth and the Swan River.

Later in the day you’ll enjoy a 4-hour Luxe Island Seafood Cruise begins on Rottnest’s waterfront, among luxury boats moored in Thomson Bay. You’ll be welcomed with a cocktail on arrival, before setting off into crystal clear waters for an unforgettable afternoon. As you sip on chilled drinks and enjoy the first of your lunch courses, cruise past the famous Bathhurst Lighthouse on your way offshore, in search of Western Rock Lobster.Lobster pots are hauled in (and you may like to pose for a lobster selfie!), then travel further along the Island’s coastline to find the most beautiful bay on the day, where you’ll anchor close to shore. While in paradise, you can relax on deck or swim and unwind on a float mat. Then, it’s seated white tablecloth dining for main courses and dessert.
Following your feast, pull-up anchor and journey back to Thomson Bay.
